 Privacy Policy – Mobile Application MyBIPEA

This privacy policy describes how BIPEA collects, uses, and protects user data in the “My BIPEA” mobile application. It applies exclusively to this application, available on Google Play (Google / Android) and the App Store (Apple / iOS).

1. Data collected

The “My BIPEA” application may collect and process the following information:

  • Login credentials: email address used as a login ID and password provided by the user to access the application.
  • Technical data: device type, operating system version, device language.
  • Push notifications: a unique device identifier (token) is generated to enable the sending of notifications related to BIPEA services and activities

.2. Use of Data
The data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate the user and provide access to BIPEA services.
  • To enable the sending of important notifications (information on proficiency testing programs, technical communications, etc.).
  • To improve the stability and security of the application.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data sharing

  • Authentication data is used only by BIPEA and its technical service providers.
  • Push notifications are delivered through standard services provided by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (APNs).
  • No personal data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data retention

  • Login information is kept only for the time necessary to provide access to the services.
  • The push notification identifier may be deleted at any time if the user disables notifications in their device settings.

5. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
  • You may also object to the processing of your data under certain conditions.
