IT Development:

- New website: On September 20, 2011 Bipea has set up a new website with a more complete information. The page « Proficiency testing programs » informs you about our interlaboratory comparisons programs (parameters, matrices, schedules of shipment…) and the page « your questions » answer to your requests about various topics as the assigned value, the statistical treatment, the confidential codes… You can still access to your member area by clicking at the top right of this page. - Confidential passwords online: Nowadays, laboratory manager can custom their passwords ENVOI and SAISIE online. The edition code is also available on your member area: to consult it, you need to use your password SAISIE and ENVOIE. This edition code will be changed every year at the beginning of each annual series. Download the operator mode.(Sept 2011)

Mycotoxins schedules: The schedules of shipment for the programs 31a and 31b Mycotoxins are available. To download those documents "Aflatoxins and ochratoxins" and "Fusarium toxins and ochratoxins". (Dec. 2011)

Certificate of participation for the annual series 2010-2011: Bipea offered to its members a certificate of participation to Bipea interlaboratory comparisons programs for the annual series 2010-2011. This personalized certificate was sent during the renewal period in May 2011. We hope you enjoyed it.(June 2011)

96% of our members are satisfied with BIPEA services: A survey conducted among our members in March 2011 shows that 96% of our members are satisfied with our services. Thank you for your confidence. The survey highlighted the strengths of BIPEA in terms of quality, diversity of the programs proposed, and experience however it also revealed a lack of information about some services of BIPEA such as the personalized proficiency testing schemes, the accuracy monitoring charts and the Committees.
