New P.T. Scheme : 61-Common wheat : farinograph - Mixolab
For 2009-2010 session, 3 tests are offered on farinograph and Mixolab analysis.

New P.T. Scheme : 62-Aromatic products
Physico-chemical analysis in aromatic products (liquid and powder aroma, essential oil...)

New option for the P.T Schemes 19-Pesticides
For the 2009/2010 session, Bipea offers a new opportunity in the analysis of pesticides in wines.

The option olive oil in P.T. Schemes 21-Fats and oil confirmed :
Physico-chemical and tasting analysis.

Lanching of two new options in the P.T. Schemes 44-PCB/PAH in agri-food domain :

• PCB option
  Analysis of PCB (PCB 28, PCB 52, PCB 101) in agri-food domain (meats, fishes...).
  
• PAH
  Analysis of HAP (anthracene, benzo(a)pyrene, chrysene, pyrene...) in agri-food domain (meats, fishes...).
  

 The P.T. scheme 51-Microbiology on food stuffs is divided in 4 modules :
Multi-parameters (quantative determination), escherichia coli O157, salmonella or listeria.

The P.T. Schemes 60-Sun screen product is confirmed :
In vivo, determination of the sun protector factor on sunscreen product.

 The experimental P.T. scheme 59 Water : Search for multiresidues of organic substances has been confirmed for 2009-2010.
