THE
PROFICIENCY TESTING SCHEMES APPLICATION
OF THE ISO 43-1 'S GUIDE The
proficiency testing schemes follow the recommendations found in the ISO 43-1 guide
"Proficiency testing of laboratories by intercomparison". The
proficiency testing schemes are all characterized by : - Confidentiality
- Independance
- Power
of logistics :
- Rapidity
of results diffusion
- Punctuality
of the organization
- Professionalism
of the statistical analyses
ADHERENT
PARTICIPATION The adherents take
part in the carrying out and functioning of the proficiency testing schemes. They
are associated to the choice of the products, criteria and frequency of rounds
during the meetings of all the participants of each scheme. If
you are interested in a PT scheme, do not hesitate to contact
us. The prices
of the annual series include transport costs so they depend on the final transport
area, so contact us for the prices in
your zone.

P.T. SCHEME CONFIRMED : 57-WATER : FIELD ANALYSIS BY SAMPLERS
Download
the technical file.
You
must check the quality of the analysis results of analyses of your samplers within
the framework of your Quality system and of your accreditation and you want to
emit reports under accreditation. this P.T. Schemes will enable you to
test the results of a maximum of ten samplers on the following analyses:
CREATION OF OPTIONS FOR THE CONTAMINANTS P.T. SCHEMES : 19-PESTICIDES
AND 32-TRACE ELEMENTS.
For
the 2008/2009 session, Bipea offers two new opportunities in the analysis of chemical
contaminants which might be of interest to you. The creation of several options
has been made for the determination of pesticides and trace elements in foodstuffs
which allows you to choose the matrices of interest for you.
EXPERIMENTAL P.T. SCHEMES CONFIRMED : 54 - WATERS : MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS SALMONELLA
The
P.T. Schemes will be organized according to the following principle: Analysis
on feed waters Qualitative
method with détermination of presence or absence of Salmonella spp in the
samples. 3
samples of 500 ml by sending allowing combinations of positive and negative samples
+ a temperature witness. 3
sendings during the 2008-2009 annual series
EXPERIMENTAL P.T. SCHEMES CONFIRMED : 55 - CONTAMINANTS IN WINES
The
P.T. Schemes will be organized according to the following principle: Sample
of 500 ml in glass bottle Wines
naturally contaminated in A ochratoxin and doped with other contaminants. Analysis
parameters : A ochratoxin, ethyl carbamate, histamine, tyramine, diamino-1,4 butane,
benzoïc acid, sorbic acid, salicylic acid, cadmium, aluminium, arsenic, selenium,
butanol-2, trichloroanisole (TCA), tetrachloroanisole (TeCA), tribromoanisole
(TBA).

EXPERIMENTAL P.T. SCHEMES CONFIRMED : 56 - FLOUR SANITARY QUALITY (MICROBIOLOGICAL
CONTAMINATION OF FLOURS)
The
P.T. Schemes will be organized according to the following principle: Samples
of 250 g of flour in 500 ml flask Basic
flours Analysis
parameters : Total germs, total coliforms, faecal coliforms, moulds, yeast. 3
sending during 2008-2009 annual series.
Technical
background : This
PTS would have for aim to sensitive the laboratories to the differences existing
between the methodologies: the analysis of microbiological criteria by a specific
method for flours and the analysis of the same criteria by a reference method.
The differences of measure, which were pointed out, are important probably because
of a difference of pre-treatment of the sample (phenomenon of decantation). So
it can be observed an important underestimation of the results by the general
method compared to the specific method for flours: Total
flora: value from 100 to 16.000 UFC/g Moulds:
value from 120 to 1.500 UFC/g
These
differences of methods are at the beginning of observed deviations between the
indicative values and the observed contents by the users of the specific standard
for flours: these deviations lead to exceedings questioning the pertinency of
the indicative values. ACCREDITATION
