After 40 years of existence, BIPEA has gathered over 1200 laboratories worldwide and offers more than 60 regular proficiency testing schemes.
Thus, the evaluation of the accuracy of test results on a long-term basis is an important mission for Bipea which is why we offer annual series (called campaign) composed by regular rounds/trials. In fact, a systematic bias or drift of your test results is highlighted through long-term observation.
BIPEA uses all its expertise in the manufacture of your samples. Frequent homogeneity controls are made in order to ensure the best quality.
BIPEA offers a high quality service in the organization of proficiency testing programs. It manages in-house every step of the ring trial: we set-up test campaigns manufacture and ship samples, undergo statistical treatment…
BIPEA has developed an extensive logistic expertise in packaging and transport solutions in order to receive samples in good condition. We guarantee an optimal monitoring of our shipments through a strict traceability system.
Statistical treatment of Bipea evaluates the performance of a laboratory based on the assigned value with a fixed tolerance. The Z-score is also provided.
In addition, BIPEA contributes to scientific progress in standardized and applied research. For example, BIPEA organizes, thanks to the financing by ANMAC, ring tests for the validation of draft CEN- and ISO-methods in field of Grain and Milling.

- PROFICIENCY TESTING SCHEMES : Bipea offers a wide range of 60 schemes in grain industry, agro food industry, environment and cosmetics. - GET YOUR OWN PTS : According to your request, Bipea can organize personalized proficiency testing schemes, ring tests, validation tests protocols (support to standardization). We can also provide series of homogeneous samples on a wide range of matrixes and perform statistical analyses.
